5. Payment and Refund Policy

Our refund policy is as follows:

• Cancellation more than 48 hours before a scheduled consultation: Full refund minus administrative fees
• Cancellation less than 48 hours before a scheduled consultation: 50% refund
• No-shows or cancellations after the scheduled start time: No refund

For ongoing consultation packages, refunds are provided on a pro-rated basis for unused sessions, subject to the terms in your service agreement.

6. Confidentiality

We understand the sensitive nature of business information shared during consultations. ConsultService agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared by clients during the consultation process. We will not disclose your confidential information to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

Similarly, you agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information, methodologies, or materials provided by ConsultService during the consultation process.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ConsultService, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

ConsultService's liability for damages, regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed the amount paid by you to ConsultService for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
